Our vision for the New Ministry Incubator is to equip newer ministries, ministry start-ups and those with God-inspired ideas to serve communities and share the Gospel. Within a new ministries’ initial stages of development, the NMI provides the necessary foundation and crucial strategies that will greatly increase the likelihood of ministry impact and longevity. We do this by leveraging the knowledge and experience of leaders in their fields to coach, mentor, and teach the fundamental principles needed for successful ministry development. The goal of the NMI is to help leaders to cultivate vision, grow impact, and create thriving, enduring ministry that sees lives changed and transformed in Jesus’ name.

Most of our training and services are offered remotely via Zoom, phone, and/or in-person (Phoenix, AZ area). Most courses are 3-6 months in length, containing direct teaching/instruction, ministry specific planning & implementation, and the continual coaching/mentoring necessary to assist ministry leaders in completing their class assignments and the overall development of their ministry.

The NMI is separated into different phases. Where a new ministry will start in the NMI process will be determined during the interview process and be dependent upon the needs of the new ministry/leadership. Below is a brief of those phases:

Launch – Vision (for those with a vision/a stirring, but no tangible launch). The Beginning of a Vision and creating a Ministry Plan.

Set-Up Phase – Cultivate (for newly launching ministries). Logo Design, Website Development, Fiscal Sponsorship, Guidelines for Organization start.

NMI Phase I – Grow (next steps to beginning ministry implementation). Mission – Focus – Values, Fundraising Planning, Financial Management, Building a Healthy Board/Leadership Team, Building a Thriving Prayer Team.

NMI Phase II – Thrive (building momentum, establishing longevity). Fundraising Strategies, Building a Strong Volunteer Team, Increasing Impact through Social Media & Marketing, Strategic Planning.
